The Flash Communication Server has it's first new version announced, 1.5. This update includes some exciting new and useful additions such as HTTP tunneling.
The most exciting new development is the release of a DEVELOPER EDITION!!! This has been something I've been pushing for, speaking up about, mentioning whenever possible. And so have many others. I guess Macromedia, good folk they are, were listening. I think that this is a very smart move, and hopefully we will see many more developers adopt the Flashcom server.
